Discussion:  Wendy discusses a Morgan County program to screen and assist teens suffering from stress and other mental health issues.  Wendy discusses the relationship of alcohol and drug use among teens to stresses they incur due to their home environment or other aspects of their lives.  She talks about the nonjudgmental counseling techniques they use to identify risky behavior and to help students cope with stress. This is a follow-up to a previous conversation with Wendy that took place on December 19, 2015 which is archived below.

Discussion:  Sean presents his proposal to raise the bulk of WV tax through property taxation as opposed to income and or sales taxes. A greater portion of the tax burden would be shifted to out-of-state residents who hold large tracts of WV property.  Sean argues that this could result in more money in the hands of WV consumers and this would be a boost to the economy.
