Discussion:  Wendy discusses a Morgan County program to screen and assist teens suffering from stress and other mental health issues.  Wendy discusses the relationship of alcohol and drug use among teens to stresses they incur due to their home environment or other aspects of their lives.  She talks about the nonjudgmental counseling techniques they use to identify risky behavior and to help students cope with stress. This is a follow-up to a previous conversation with Wendy that took place on December 19, 2015 which is archived below.
